All enzymes showed a significant dependence on temperature(P<0.001). Additionally, summer animals had significantly higher activities than winter animals, when compared at habitat temperature and 20°C, with the one exception of CS (20°C). Data are means ± s.d.; N=5-8; ANOVA; Newman-Keuls test.
