Sperm forward motility (type a+b motility, according to WHO criteria, WHO, 1999) was evaluated by CASA in swim-up-selected spermatozoa incubated for 1 hour in the presence of LY294002 (10 μM) or LY303511 (10 μM). Data represent means±s.e.m. of sperm forward motility in 10 different samples.
