MO, morpholino.
Wild-type zebrafish embryos were injected with tbx5 orwnt2b morpholinos and scored for the absence of pectoral fins at 5 dpf. In rescue experiments, morpholinos and capped RNA were co-injected into embryos and also scored for fin phenotypes.
