In Materials and methods, Real-time quantitative PCRsection, the sequences for the primer pairs used for gpd-2 and act-3 PCR amplification were published incorrectly.
The correct sequences should read:
gpd-2 (5′-ACCGGAGTCTTCACCACCATC-3′ and 5′-ACGAACATTGGAGCATCAGCA-3′)
act-3 (5′-CATGGTCGGTATGGGACAGAA-3′ and 5′-TCAATTGGGTACTTGAGGGTAAGG-3′).
