ABSTRACT
Studies of a small number of mammalian species, a few common fishes, and to a lesser extent some echinoderms, have provided much of the available data on the biochemistry of semen: the Crustacea have hardly been investigated. The present work is part of a study of the physiology and biochemistry of reproduction in the Cirripedia, particularly in relation to the ecology of this group.
