Summary: Super-resolution and electron microscopy are used to show that tropomyosin Tpm3.1 is periodically distributed along stress fibres and linked to the organisation of myosin II motors.

Microtubule glycylation promotes attachment of basal bodies to the cell cortex

Summary: Crispr/Cas9 technology was used to tag an allele of the β4 integrin; reporter cells harboring this allele are useful for obtaining new insight into integrin β4 dynamics during cell migration.
