Cover: Live cell image of growing microtubule plus ends in a dividing HeLa cell that stably expresses EB3-GFP. Three consecutive frames obtained at 2.5-second intervals, were colorized in a custom-made plug-in for ImageJ. The frames were obtained by using a Nikon-based Yokogawa spinning disc microscope at a resolution of 67 nm in 1 pixel and an exposure time of 0.5 seconds. The image was composed by Ilya Grigoriev (Erasmus Medical Center, Rotterdam, The Netherlands). See article by A. Akhmanova and M. O.
