The following Memorandum has been drawn, up by a Committee convened by the Secretary of State for India, for the purpose of taking into consideration a Report by Drs. E. Klein and Heneage Gibbes, entitled “An Inquiry into the Etiology of Asiatic Cholera.” The members of this Committee were—Dr. William Aitken, F.R.S., Professor of Pathology, Army Medical School; Dr. J.
