That we should not be suspected of partiality, wc borrow from a work composed with the greatest care what is said respecting Tœnia serrata. It is derived from—1. Cysticercus pisiformis, according to Kiichenmeister, V. Beneden, V. Siebold, Baillet ; 2. C. lenuicollis, according to V. Siebold; 3. C. cellulosœ, according to V. Siebold ; 4. Cœnurus cerebralis, according to Haubner ? V. Siebold, V. Beneden, Eschricht, and Leuckart. (DAVAINE. Entozoaires, Synopsis, p. 34.)
