Highlighted Article: Experimental deregulation of erythropoietin signaling results in an aberrant migration and a permanent neuronal mispositioning, leading to abnormal formation of neuronal networks and sensory behavioral deficits later in life.
Dual regulation of planar polarization by secreted Wnts and Vangl2 in the developing mouse cochlea
Summary: Planar cell polarity proteins regulate planar polarization. We show that secreted Wnts regulate a subset of planar cell polarity proteins, which coordinate with Vangl2 to govern sensory cell polarization.
IRX3/5 regulate mitotic chromatid segregation and limb bud shape
