Cover: Drosophila Neurexin IV shows mutually exclusive splicing of exon 3- and 4-generating isoforms with specific adhesive properties. A Neurexin IV splice reporter with a GFP-exon 3 and mCherry-exon was expressed in developing photoreceptor neurons using elavGal4.
