The authors contacted us to say that they had inadvertently used the same panel for DMC1 at both regressed (Rs) and regenerating (Rg) stages in spermatogonia cells in Fig. 3J (see blue boxed regions below). The pdf and online versions of the figure have been updated with the correct image. The authors confirm that this error does not impact the results in the paper or the conclusions of this study and they apologise for any inconvenience caused.
