PBS, ETP, DN1d or DN1e CD45.2 donor cells were injected intravenously into nonirradiated CD45.1 recipient mice. Thymus sections were analyzed for the presence of donor-derived DCs (CD11c+ CD45.2+) in proximity to medullary thymic epithelial cells (keratin 5+) 7 days following injection.
