1. The dissociation of cells of neurulae of Triturus by means of sodium citrate or potassium oxalate and glycine is described.

  2. Suspensions of isolated cells of neural, mesodermal, and endodermal tissues were made to reaggregate in a slightly acid solution, and the aggregates were cultured within explants of ectoderm.

  3. Reintegration of some histogenetic patterns was observed. Differentiation of structures resembling neural tube and archenteron are described in aggregates of neural and endodermal tissues.

  4. Some factors involved in the dissociation and reaggregation processes are briefly discussed.
